Delivery Timeframes Our delivery process includes two main stages:

  1. Processing Time (1–3 business days)
    • Order confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
  2. Transit / Delivery Time (Approximately 6–12 business days)
    • The time for your package to travel from our shipping facility to your address.
    • Estimated delivery times for major destinations (business days, excluding weekends and holidays):
      • United States: 6–10 business days
      • Canada: 7–12 business days
      • Australia: 8–12 business days
      • Other international locations: 8–15 business days (varies by country and customs)

Holiday / Peak Season Estimates During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day), delivery times may increase:

  • United States / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days
  • Other international: 12–20 business days or longer

Important Notes on Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and do not include delays caused by customs clearance, duties, inspections, or force majeure events.

  • Insured Delivery: Included at no extra cost with every order for added protection during transit.

Shipping Insurance Policy We include basic shipping insurance with all orders to help protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Policy Details

  • Coverage: Insurance covers loss, theft, or physical damage to the package while in transit, up to the declared value of the order.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping insurance is included automatically and is non-refundable, regardless of the shipment outcome or whether you use the coverage.
  • Claim Process:
    • For damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, packaging, and any relevant details.
    • For lost packages: Contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information.
    • We will work with the carrier to investigate and process valid claims.
  • Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delays, consequential losses, misuse of products after delivery, or damage caused before or after transit (e.g., pre-existing issues or customer mishandling).

Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking information. You can track your package in real time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on dna-underwear.com.

Order Modifications and Cancellations Once an order is placed, it enters processing quickly and cannot be modified, canceled, or changed. This includes address updates, item changes, or order cancellations. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
