• Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days for refund (minus shipping), in original packaging.
• Hygiene-related items (e.g., worn underwear or used ice packs) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
• Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with details/photos for replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, condition, or fertility issue.
